We are a two-family owned maker of custom-made picture frames located in Bothell, Washington. Our mission is to provide craftsman-quality frames that ship in 2 business days at a far lower cost than can be found at a retail location, while providing exceptional customer service.

Our facility employs the latest in frame-making technology required to build a high quality product.  By understanding the latest in computer and automation technology, we are able to employ it when appropriate to ensure that a perfect frame is produced every single time.

Although we are use the latest technology in our factory, we are well aware of technology’s limitations in providing exceptional customer service.  We understand that it is not enough to sell a high quality product at the best price.  Indeed, these are mere requirements to secure your business.

To deliver exceptional value to our customers, we recognize that we have to do more.

We keep our customer service telephone lines open 7 days a week.  After a brief automated greeting, customers are automatically connected to a live professional customer service representative who will spend as much time as necessary to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
