On this page we have posted a simple color wheel. This is an invaluable tool used for many aspects of framing, including understanding matting and deciding upon mat selection.

We have posted a simple color wheel, with only 12 colors in order to simplify the process for the framer. A simple google search will reveal a multitude of color wheels from which the artist and framer can choose from as their skill-set matures.

BG = Blue Green
YG = Yellow Green
YO = Yellow Orange
RO = Red Orange
RV = Red Violet
