Picture Frames Guys return policy?

All our picture frames are custom-made to each customer’s unique specifications. Orders are eligible for a refund for up to 30 days after shipment delivery. The Picture Frame Guys will refund 100% of the order if:

• The frame was not cut to the size specified on the order. The industry standard is a 1/8” tolerance.
• Special requests made by the customer in the “comments” section of an order were not followed.
• Workmanship defects exist in the frame or any of the framing components.
  

Since our frames are custom built to each customer order, we cannot resell them. Therefore, frames that do not meet the criteria above will be returned with a 50% restocking fee. That is, only 50% of the order will be refunded. In order to avoid these situations, we encourage customers to measure carefully and to call us if unclear of any part of their order. Also, if unsure of a particular color or moulding style, customers may email the Picture Frame Guys to obtain frame and matting samples.

If you would like to return your order to us for any reason, please call or email our customer service department so that we may begin processing your transaction.  We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the frame by the Picture Frame Guys.
